Apartment without owner apartment finished to a good standard and adapted to the needs of our tenants. It is intended for students and young working people.

The apartment offers free WiFi Internet access to residents.

The apartment consists of   4 single rooms. It is fully equipped with all the equipment needed for living and living. You get:

The apartment is under our care throughout the entire rental period. During working hours , we are available to help you . You do not have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to deal with yourself. Constant technical and administrative care is a rare added value - with us it is a matter of course.

Unlimited heating is already included in the price of the room. You can regulate the heat level yourself so you don't freeze in the winter.
