The single room is located in a spacious, 6-bedroom apartment without a live-in landlord. The interior has been fully equipped with maximum comfort in mind:

• Your space: The room is furnished and equipped exactly as in the photos. You will find a comfortable single bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, a chair, a bookshelf, and curtains on the windows. For your comfort and privacy, the room is lockable!

• Shared facilities: A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, where you can easily prepare any meal. On-site, household appliances await you (gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, microwave, kettle) along with a full set of dishes (plates, cutlery, knives, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, cutting boards, colander, spatulas).

• No morning queues: The bathroom features as many as 2 showers, 2 washbasins, and a washing machine, which guarantees a smooth morning routine.

• Full equipment: Everyday appliances are available on-site (iron, ironing board, 2 clothes dryers, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop with bucket, dustpan and brush). Free Wi-Fi internet is included in the price.

The apartment is under our constant administrative and technical care throughout the entire rental period. During working hours, we offer continuous access to support.
