We offer a room in a freshly renovated, well-organized 8-room apartment without a live-in landlord, designed with the full comfort of tenants in mind:

• Your own corner: The room is fully furnished and ready to move in – a comfortable bed with bedding storage, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a bookshelf await you. There are curtains in the windows, and the room is lockable to ensure you 100% privacy.
• Heating included in the price: Unlimited heating is already included in the room price – you adjust the heat level yourself, so you won't freeze in winter.
• Comfortable, large kitchen: You have a functional kitchen area at your disposal with full household appliances (electric hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and 2 refrigerators with freezers that will fit the groceries of all tenants).
• Two full bathrooms – zero bottlenecks: The apartment features 2 separate, full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, cabinet for cosmetics, and a washing machine (a total of 2 washing machines in the apartment!).
• Equipment on site: The property is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a set of household accessories (iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket, broom, dustpan and brush).
