• Full kitchen equipment: You don't need to buy anything to start. Waiting for you on-site are: plates, cutlery, knives, glasses, cups, a set of pots and pans, cutting boards, a colander, and spatulas for frying.
• Comfortable bathroom: Designed with the convenience of all tenants in mind. The bathroom features 2 showers, 2 washbasins, and 2 washing machines.

The apartment is under our constant administrative and technical care throughout the entire rental period. During working hours, we offer continuous access to support. You don't have to worry about breakdowns or unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone – constant technical and administrative care is a rare added value, and with us, it is a matter of course!
